Has anyone REALLY had a legitimate experience with Shirtsy?

I have never found anyone who could actually show Shirtsy reporting their account to a bureau, and yet so many of these credit-building sites tell people to use them for an easy approval account.
That being the case, is there ANYONE who can speak to this and say for CERTAIN they have seen absolute PROOF of it on their report file?
