What we collect

When you submit a review or sign up: your email address, an optional display name, and any optional business details you provide (business name, EIN last four, DUNS). To help prevent abuse we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address (not the raw IP). Newsletter signups store your email and confirmation status.

How we use it

To verify and publish reviews, assign verification tiers, operate the newsletter, prevent spam and gaming, and communicate with you about your submissions. We never store full EINs — only the last four digits you choose to provide.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't accept payment from vendors to alter or remove reviews.

Sharing

Your review content and its verification tier are public. Your email and business identifiers are not published. We use service providers (hosting, email delivery, bot protection) that process data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and privacy-respecting bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We may use basic, aggregate analytics.
